I have the PowerPoint slideshows that Dr. Kraftchick, er, crafted, featuring images of death to both the "Danse Macabre" and the "Angel of Death" by John Scofield.
While it is fair use for Steve to have made the slideshows, I'm not sure I can redistribute them without his permission. If anyone has interest, let me or Dr. Kraftchick know.
